Four Principles
Principle 1: Power of Mindfulness
Understanding that your thoughts create your reality, the power of being mindful and observing your breathe allows you to centre yourself to be present, clearer, and happier.
Principle 2: Power of a Group
There is no denying the feeling of being in a like minded group, all concentrating on the same thing. That is the feeling of being in a church or an amazing concert.
Principle 3: Power of Synchronicity
This is likened to a group of people rowing a boat. If 1 person rows at a time the boat will not move, but if they all row together, the boat will move.
Principle 4: Power of Repetition
Just like exercising, anything that will make a lasting impression on your life must be done repeatedly over a period of time.
